ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Jason Spronk, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries and requests (including Property & Casualty policy service questions).
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and policy information.
- Coordinate with other agent team members to resolve customer needs efficiently.
- Support ongoing policy service and administrative tasks while ensuring compliance with company standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required.
- Life and Health insurance license to be obtained if you don't already have it.
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
SCHEDULE:
- Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Compensation: $39,000.00 - $74,000.00 per year
